Primrose: The 3 stars residence hotel in Rimini a few meters from the sea

The Primrose is a 3 stars residence & hotel in Rimini, very close to the beach. Recently and fully renewed, it offers all our guests a modern and young atmosphere. The new hotel, located in front of Marzia Residence, represents a technological and avant-garde structure.
It is fully air-conditioned with new VRF systems, which can be turned into heating during the winter period. In addition, solar panels have been installed to generate warm water, and photovoltaic panels to produce electrical energy.
Besides this installation, we have thought to also take care of other fundamental aspects of energy efficiency: the insulation, the new windows for less heat loss, and home automation, for the optimization of consumption with motion sensors that activate the heating or cooling
systems.
All these merge with the welcoming tradition and the love for hospitality. From your arrival, you will be welcomed in a modern, young and familiar environment.

We are a Pet Free B&B

At Primrose we love animals, but we also respect those who are afraid or allergic. For this reason we have decided to be a Pet Free B&B.

A holiday is a moment of serenity and relaxation, and often it doesn’t take much to ruin it. We don’t want this to happen, so we have decided to protect those who suffer from allergies or hypersensitivity to the fur or saliva of pets, those who are afraid of dogs or cats and those who simply want to enjoy a relaxing holiday, without this being interrupted by the barking of a dog.

The standard of cleanliness here at the Primrose is very high, in the rooms and common areas, and the choice not to accept dogs or cats in our B&B is also due to the desire to guarantee maximum comfort to those who choose us for their holidays. Without considering that there are also many people who have had some traumatic experience with animals and we want anyone to be able to relax, without any worries.

We are certain that our 4-legged friends and their owners will understand our motivations!
