BOOKING CONDITIONS and CANCELLATION POLICY
DIRECT RESERVATION:
– Upon acceptance of the hotel offer, the payment of a 30% confirmatory deposit or a credit card as guarantee is required
– In case of cancellation of the reservation the deposit will be retained
– Reservation can be canceled up to 3 days before arrival WITHOUT PENALTY.
With the exception of the months of June, July and August: Reservation can be canceled up to 7 days before arrival WITHOUT PENALTY.
– In case of no show due to NO SHOW 100% will be charged
TOURIST TAX
From 01/01/2024 it is € 2.50 for people over 14 years (You pay for a maximum of 7 days)
FROM 01/01/2024 it will be €2.50 per person

– In case of late arrival or early departure, the customer is required to immediately notify the Primrose Hotel, no reductions or refunds are foreseen in this case
– The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival at the time of check-in by cash, credit / debit card, or debit card
– The arrival of a number of people higher than the one booked (even if children) is not allowed
– No Smoking in all rooms, apartments and indoor areas of the hotel.
