What time can I check in?
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in storage and start enjoying the beach right away!

What time do I need to check out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need a little more time, let us know: depending on availability, we can offer a late check-out or a courtesy room.

How far is the hotel from the sea?
Only 50 meters! Just a few steps to put your feet on the sand.

Is it close to the city center?
Yes! We are in Rivazzurra di Rimini, a quiet area full of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The historic center and train station can be reached in 10–15 minutes by bus or bike.

How do I get from the airport or train station?
Federico Fellini Airport is just 2 km away and Rimini train station is connected by buses and taxis that stop near the hotel.
We are always happy to provide practical advice on routes and schedules to reach us easily.

Do you have parking?
Yes! We have a small free internal parking (limited spaces) and a convenient parking just a few meters from the hotel.

Is breakfast included?
Absolutely! Every morning you’ll find a rich sweet and savory breakfast, with fresh products and options for intolerances or special diets (on request).
Served from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, so you can start your day calmly—or enjoy a slower wake-up after a night out in Romagna. 😄

Can I add breakfast if I book only the room? 🛏️
Yes! If a guest books only the room and wants to add breakfast, the cost is €10 per person. 🥐☕ Breakfast is free for infants aged 0 to 2 years 👶.

Do you have an internal restaurant?
We don’t have a restaurant, but we collaborate with excellent partner restaurants nearby. We’ll be happy to recommend where to taste authentic Romagna cuisine!

Is the bar open?
Yes! Our bar is always open, especially during the summer season.
You can enjoy hot and cold drinks, cocktails, and snacks, watch Sky Sport comfortably from our sofas, at indoor tables, or on the outdoor terrace, enjoying the sun and breeze of Rimini.

Do you provide facilities for children?
Of course! We can provide cots, bed rails, high chairs, and baby bathtubs free of charge.
We are a family-friendly hotel and love hosting little guests. 💕

Currently, we cannot accept pets, but we will gladly suggest nearby pet-friendly facilities.

Yes! On request, we provide laundry and ironing services (paid).

For those who prefer, there is also a self-service laundry at Residence Marzia, in front of Primrose and also owned by us:

Towels, slippers, and bathrobes:
On request, we provide extra towels, slippers, and bathrobes free of charge to make your stay even more comfortable.

Can I rent a bike?
Of course! We have free bicycles and electric bikes for rent to explore Rimini in an eco-friendly and fun way.

Do you offer a shuttle service?
Yes 🚐 The shuttle service is available for an additional fee, upon request and subject to availability.

💳 Booking & Payments

How can I confirm my booking?
You can confirm your booking in two ways:

  1. Deposit according to the instructions received via email.

  2. Accepting the quote sent by clicking “Accept Offer” and leaving a credit card as guarantee.

What is your cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation, the deposit can be recovered or used for another stay, depending on the period and notice. Please read the terms in your quote or contact us for details.

When do I pay for the stay?
The balance is paid upon arrival at the hotel. Cash, credit, and debit cards are accepted.

💶 Tourist Tax

Is it included in the price?
No, the tourist tax is €2.50 per person per day, up to 7 nights (children under 14 exempt).
