At B&B Primrose Residence Hotel we care about the well-being of our guests, but also of the planet. Every day we work to help reduce environmental impact to a minimum, promoting energy efficiency and offering services designed to protect it.
Structure completely renovated with new VRF systems for air conditioning and heating, in addition with the installation of solar panels for the production of hot water and photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity.
The complete insulation of the entire structure with 16 cm polystyrene panels, the installation of new certified windows and doors and the home automation system for optimizing consumption with motion sensors that activate the heating or cooling systems are fundamental aspects for improving energy efficiency.
In addition to all this, we try to promote the “no paper” philosophy and inform our customers through the Smart TVs or QR CODES in the rooms; we strive to raise awareness among our guests about the responsible use of energy resources such as water and the voluntary change of towels.
