The first and main news concerns the duration of the season: it starts on Thursday 25 May and ends on Sunday 22 September 2024 
The lifeguard service will be guaranteed until the third week of September from 9.30am to 6.30pm.
Some services that you have loved in recent years are confirmed:
15 square meters for each umbrella: parameters that allow you to live your days at the seaside in complete tranquility;
Delivery directly to the beach: the possibility of delivery on the beach is confirmed for public establishments, restaurants, artisan workshops, which will therefore be able to deliver food to order directly to the beach;
Stop plastic: for years Rimini has chosen to embark on a path to eliminate the use of disposable plastic on beaches. The sale and distribution of drinks in disposable plastic glasses and straws is therefore prohibited;
Smoke-free beach: for the sixth consecutive season, Rimini confirms its choice to present itself as a smoke-free beach, including a ban on smoking on the shoreline;
At the seaside with four-legged friends: the possibility of swimming in the sea for dogs has also been confirmed. It will be allowed only during pre-established times (in the morning, from 6 to 8, and in the evening, from 6.40 to 9pm). The owners must ensure the supervision of the animal with their presence. The sea area intended for bathing dogs, in front of the bathing establishment which already has areas equipped to welcome them, must be delimited by buoys and adequately signposted.
