THE PURPOSE AND MISSION OF THE TRAVELER REVIEW AWARDS
Booking.com’s Traveler Review Awards are an annual program that recognizes partners for the exceptional level of their hospitality, as evidenced by the rating of reviews left by travelers after their stay.
Launched in January 2024, the 2024 Traveler Review Awards replace the Guest Review Awards from previous years.
THE REQUIREMENTS THAT PARTNERS MUST HAVE TO RECEIVE THE AWARD
To be among the winners of the 2024 Traveler Review Awards, properties must meet the following criteria:
A score between 8 and 10
A rating score calculated on a minimum of 5 reviews left by Booking.com guests
HOW THE SCORE IS CALCULATED
To rate their experience at the property, customers select an overall score from 1 to 10 (where 10 is the highest rating). Your review score is therefore given by the average of these scores of the last 3 years, and not by the average of those assigned to the individual categories.
